Analog is the new digital
From BarcampUKGovweb
Printed magazine. Glossy. Aspirational. Portable. Accessible. Technophobe love 'em. Ministers can hold them up in a photocall. They get passed on. They get kept.
What if we had a magzine (printed or print-ready PDF) specifically around GovWeb 2.0 or maybe the broader non-profit Web 2.0. Mix of case studies, news and explanation, opinion. Aimed not at us - we're all RSSed, Twittered and generally information and knowledge-loaded. No aimed at the people we need to get on board: the Grade IVs (or whatever they are now), ministers, ministers aids, heads of PR/Comms who don't get it etc. yes it would be evangelical but also strategic and utilitarian. - Paul Caplan
